The camera motion detection default is off, human detetion default is on. if you need motion detection support your NVR, please Run the search tool software, determine the IP address, use a web browser to access the camera, change the settings option to turn on the motion detection . or turn on the motion detection by APP. The camera cable has reset key, you can keep pressing the key for 15 seconds to reset the camera to factory setting when you need.

Attention if the ipc connect with poe swith and the swith connect router with NVR without poe, because the ipc DHCP IS allways open , the ipc ipaddress is assigned by router, so please config the ipc to static ipaddress. if not ,Once the router's IP address lease expires, if the router is powered off and restarted, the IP address will be reassigned to the camera, and the camera originally added to the NVR will lose connection. if ipc connect with POE NVR or WIFI, Ignore the above
